Ellie's been drawing these snakes for a couple of weeks now and they always look exactly like this snake. I haven't been able to capture one on camera before today because she usually colors over the snakes, rendering them very difficult to see.
It makes me laugh that Ellie's first representational drawings aren't faces, but snakes. I'm sure that Auntie Trista, art therapist extraordinaire, will have something to say about this!
